As usual, another morning at Regent's. After class, my friends and I immediately headed to the Victoria & Albert Museum. Let me preface the rest of this post by saying that the V&A is single-handedly the most random and interesting and awesome museum I have ever been to. We walked into the sculpture exhibit which was awesome, and made our way through toward the fashion exhibits which displayed different styles from all of the different decades. There was also an architecture section as well as a life performance section. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend as much time as we'd like to at V&A because a few of us needed to go see "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Regent's Park as we had missed going with our class the night before (we went to go see Fun. instead). We do plan on going back to V&A to explore more and hopefully get the chance to see the entire museum! On our way back toward Regent's from the tube station it started pouring out of nowhere, we all quickly ran into Regent's and made the decision to attend the play another night because the theatre is outdoor and we were not adequately prepared for the rain! We stayed at Regent's for a few hours getting some homework done and taking advantage of the free wi-fi. After Regent's we walked down Baker St. to find a place for dinner and decided on some place called "Gourmet Burger Kitchen" It was a bit pricey, but delicious none the less! After dinner, we all met up in the flats to do homework and enjoy eachother's company, it was a nice end to an overall very relaxed day! :)
